Progress Program Organisasi Penggerak (POP) Yayasan Bakti Acarya Pertiwi

Program organisasi penggerak (POP) merupakan program Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Terpilihnya Yayasan Bakti Acarya Pertiwi melalui seleksi yang cukup ketat. Seleksi administrasi awal diikuti oleh sekitar 3000 an organisasi dari seluruh Indonesia. Saat ini program sudah mencapai tahap revisi kelengkapan administrasi. Kebijakan ini ditempuh agar nantinya program ini tidak menemui kendala dalam pelaporan.

Komunitas Penggerak merupakan wujud komitmen Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) berkolaborasi dengan semua pemangku kepentingan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan terbaik bagi seluruh siswa Indonesia. Komunitas Penggerak berisikan Organisasi Penggerak dan Relawan Penggerak yang peduli terhadap pendidikan di Indonesia. Kemendikbud mengajak semua organisasi dan relawan untuk bergotong royong menciptakan inovasi-inovasi pembelajaran, Anda dapat bergabung melalui web sekolah.penggerak.kemdikbud.go.id baik sebagai Organisasi Penggerak maupun Relawan Penggerak.

Melalui Organisasi Penggerak, Kemendikbud menyediakan Program Organisasi Penggerak. Program Organisasi Penggerak adalah program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang melibatkan organisasi secara masif melalui dukungan pemerintah untuk peningkatan kualitas guru dan kepala sekolah berdasarkan model-model pelatihan yang sudah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar siswa.

Program Organisasi Penggerak melibatkan sejumlah organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan, terutama organisasi-organisasi yang sudah memiliki rekam jejak yang baik dalam implementasi program pelatihan guru dan kepala sekolah, dengan tujuan meningkatnya kemampuan profesional para pendidik dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar siswa.

Pelaksanaan Program Organisasi Penggerak pada tahap awal mencakup sekolah pada satuan pendidikan PAUD, SD, dan SMP yang berpartisipasi dalam proyek rintisan. Program berlangsung di kabupaten/kota yang sudah diidentifikasi oleh Organisasi Penggerak dalam koordinasi Dinas Pendidikan dan Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan. Fase pertama program akan dilaksanakan dari tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2022.

Aktivitas yang diselenggarakan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dalam mendukung Program Organisasi Penggerak meliputi:

  • Melakukan identifikasi, evaluasi, dan seleksi calon Organisasi Penggerak berbasis proposal dengan melampirkan bukti dampak pelaksanaan program di waktu lampau.
  • Memberikan dukungan pelaksanaan program selama periode implementasi.
  • Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi melalui mengumpulan data pelaksanaan program dalam tiga periode yaitu tahap pertama (baseline), tahap paruh pelaksanaan (midline), dan tahap akhir (endline).
  • Melakukan observasi proses pembelajaran selama implementasi program dengan memberdayakan SDM terdekat.
  • Melakukan pengawasan dan pendampingan penggunaan dana bantuan pemerintah.

Selain Program Organisasi Penggerak, juga tersedia kesempatan bagi individu-individu yang ingin menjadi relawan di Komunitas Penggerak. Relawan ini merupakan individu-individu terampil dan kompeten yang peduli terhadap dunia pendidikan. Dengan mendaftar di Komunitas Penggerak sebagai relawan, Kemendikbud atau Organisasi yang berpartisipasi dalam Program Organisasi Penggerak dapat menghubungi Anda untuk meminta dukungan dalam mengimplementasikan program mereka

Dengan mendaftar di Komunitas Penggerak sebagai relawan, Kementerian dan organisasi yang berpartisipasi dalam Program Organisasi Penggerak akan dapat menghubungi Anda untuk meminta dukungan Anda dalam mengimplementasikan program mereka.

Semoga program ini memberikan manfaat bagi guru yang akan bermuara pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.
